STOCKING DEALERS: CURRENTLY MINIMUMS ARE BEING WAIVED
The minimum order to open a new account is $300.00 wholesale. The minimum re-order for established accounts is $200.00 wholesale.
Payment Terms
All opening orders must be prepaid. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
To open an account, please contact us for a credit application. Net 30 terms for reorders will be based on credit approval.
Late charges of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts.
Shipping
All products are made to order in our CA factory and ship in approximately 3 weeks, unless in stock.
All shipments are F.O.B. California. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. We ship small items by FedEx Ground or USPS or preferred carrier.
Maximum weight is 150lbs. Any shipments that are larger will be shipped via motor freight. We will drop ship to a warehouse or your residential customer. Additional charges may be added to the shipping depending on freight carrier extra charges.
Drop Ship Charge of $5.00 will be added to all drop shipments.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be subject to additional surcharges. You may cancel your order for a 25% charge of your total order if your order is 50% or less completed. If your order is more than 50% complete you will be responsible for the complete order.

Returns & Exchanges
All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Report any losses or damages to us at once and notify carrier. Save all damaged cartons until claim is settled. For returns, please notify our office for authorization.
No returns will be accepted without authorization. Products will need to be returned to us in their original condition.
We cannot accept washed or used items for return.
Custom Orders
All our table linens are produced in the United States. We have a large selection of fabrics, colors and options.
We understand you may want your own exclusive fabric and options selection. You will be required to commit to a minimum quantity of yardage depending on fabric selection. You will not be expected to take full order all at one time, but will be responsible for complete yardage.
Fabric Care
Our fabric vendors highly recommend that all fabrics are professionally dry-cleaned for them to maintain their appearance. Depending on the fabric content, the labels will indicate either "Dry Clean Only" or "Dry Cleaning Recommended". Any products that have cording or tassels need to be “Dry Cleaned”.
For products that say "Dry Cleaning
Recommended", they may be hand washed, but not placed in the dryer. A damp cloth may be used on the placemats and table runners (if not too soiled) to wipe off any spots. A few of the fabrics have a water/stain repellant property to them.
The chandelier chain covers and lamp cord covers should hold up well with regular vacuuming or dusting unless they get wet.
